dzisiaj mam dla Was recenzję. W mojej ostatniej paczce współpracowej od Born Pretty Store dostałam płytkę z wzorkami typu frech tip. Poniżej zobaczycie dwa zdobienia jakie zrobiłam z jej uzyciem.

today I have a review for You. In my last collaboration package from Born Pretty Store I got a french tip stamping plate. Below You'll see two manicures I made using it.

Płytka nazywa się French BP-X20, mierzy około 6 x 6cm i zawiera 15 wzorów french tip. Przyszła w standardowym, kartonowym opakowaniu pokazanym na zdjęciu powyżej. Jest dobrze wygrawerowana, wzory odbijają się ładnie. Współpracuje z wieloma markami lakierów do stempli. Możecie znaleźć ją TUTAJ. W tym momencie jest w promocji i kosztuje 2,19$.

The plate is called French BP-X20, measures about 6 x 6cm and has 15 french tip designs on it. It came in a standard cardboard packaging shown on the photo above. It's well edged, the design stamp nicely. It works with a wide range of stamping polish brands. You can find the plate HERE. At this moment it's on sale and costs 2,19$.

Pierwszy manicure jaki stworzyłam z tą płytką obejmuje piękne, multichromowe flejki. Strasznie podoba mi się jak wyglądało gotowe zdobienie, ponieważ było jednocześnie proste i efektowne. Pokryłam paznokcie dwoma warstwami My Secret Dressed In Black i tylko jedną ILNP Electric Carnival. Flejki są świetne! Są takie kryjące, kolory niesamowicie się zmieniają a aplikacja jest całkowicie bezproblemowa.

The first manicure I created with this plate involves beautiful multichrome flakes. I loved how the finished nail art looked, because it was simple and attractive at the same time. I covered my nails with two coats of My Secret Dressed In Black and just one coat of ILNP Electric Carnival. The flakes are amazing! They're so opaque, the colours shift wonderfully and application is totally unproblematic.

Kiedy baza była sucha zzaczęłam stemplować moje wzorki french tip (użyłam lakieru do stempli Kaleidoscope by El Corazon 01 Black), ale zamiast umieścić je na końcówkach paznokci odbiłam je bliżej skórek. Myślę, że świetnie w ten sposób wyglądają. Normalnie użyłabym naklejek żeby osiągnąć podobne zdobienie, ale stemple są dużo prostsze. Teraz kiedy mamy przezroczyste stemple (w moim przypadku BPS Clear Jelly Silicone Marshmallow) możemy idealnie wypośrodkować wzór i uniknąć wszystkich wpadek, jakie mogą towarzyszyć używaniu naklejek (oderwanie bazy razem z naklejką, podciekanie lakieru pod naklejkę i wiele więcej).

When my base was dry I started stamping my french tip designs (I used Kaleidoscope by El Corazon 01 Black stamping polish), but instead of placing them on my tips I stamped them near the cuticles. I think they look great that way. Normally to achieve a similar nail art I would use a sticker, but stamping is so much easier. Now that we have clear stampers (in my case BPS Clear Jelly Silicone Marshmallow), we can center the design perfectly and avoid all the fails that can be related with using stickers (peeling the base with the sticker, polish flooding under the sticker and much more).

Drugie zdobienie jakie zrobiłam na potrzeby dzisiajszej recenzji to kolorowa, troche geometryczna kompozycja stempli. Jako bazę nałożyłam dwie warstwy Dewi L30 i dwie warstwy ILNP Chit Chat.

The second nail art I did for today's review is a colourful, kind of geometric stamping composition. As a base I applied two coats of Dewi L30 and two coats of ILNP Chit Chat.

Tym razem z płytki BPS French BP-X20 wybrałam zygzakowy wzór. Odbiłam go cztery razy na każdym paznokciu używając różnych kolorów. Chciałam stworzyć efekt ombre, ale nie jestem w 100% zadowolona z rezultatu. Manicure jest dalej fajny, ale nie jest całkowicie taki jak wyobrażenie w mojej głowie.

This time I chose a zig zag design from BPS French BP-X20 plate. I stamped it four times on each nail using different colours. I wanted to create a ombre effect, but I'm not 100% satisfied with the result. The manicure is still quite fun to look at, but it's not entirely what I saw in my head.

Lakiery do stempli jakich tutaj użyłam to Kaleidoscope by El Corazon 18 Bisque, 93 Orchid, 14 Fuchsia i Kads #7 Purple. Wzory odbiłam tym samy przezroczystym stemplem co wcześniej. Tym razem manicure zabezpieczyłam top coat'em Kads.

The stamping polishes I used here were Kaleidoscope by El Corazon 18 Bisque, 93 Orchid, 14 Fuchsia and Kads #7 Purple. I stamped the designs with the same clear stamper as before. This time I secured my manicure with Kads top coat.

dzisiaj chciałabym napisać parę rzeczy o taśmie do zdobień i pokazać Wam swa mani jakie zrobiłam ostatnio używając jej.

today I'd like to write a few things about striping tape and show You two manicures I recently did using it.

Taśmy do zdobień są teraz dostępne w różnych rozmiarach i kolorach. Często są metaliczne, brokatowe, a nawet holograficzne i występują w różnych odcieniach. Rozmiary jakie ostatnio widziałam to 1,2 i 3 mm. Born Pretty Store oferuje je w zestawach, w kolorze srebrnym i złotym. Jak na razie kształty na jakie trafiłam to prosty i chevron.

Striping tapes are now available in various sizes, shapes and colour. They're often metallic, glittery or even holographic and they come in different shades. The sizes I've seen recently are 1, 2 and 3mm. Born Pretty Store offers them in a set, in silver or gold. For now the shapes I came across are straight and chevron.

Taśma jaką będę dzisiaj recenzować została wysłana do mnie od Born Pretty Store. Ma 0,8mm i jest tylko prostą linią w kolorze ciemno fioletowym #16. Możecie ją znaleźć TUTAJ.  Taśma ma dobrą jakość, klej nei jest zbyt słaby, ale też nie ekstremalnie silny. Praca z nią była łatwa i przyjemna. Pozostałe taśmy jakie widzicie na moich zdjęciach kupiłam na BPS sama. Taśma do zdobień może być używana na wiele róznych sposobów. Jedynym ograniczeniem jest nasza kreatywność. Zdecydowalam się zrobić dwa mani żeby pokazać tylko dwa sposoby jak można się z nia pobawić. Na końcu tego postu pokażę Wam też kilka starszych zdobień w których użyłam taśmy.

The tape I'll be reviewing today was send to me from Born Pretty Store. It's 0,8mm and just a straight line in dark purple #16. You can find it HERE. The tape has good quality, the glue isn't too weak, but also not extremely strong. Working with it was easy and a lot of fun. The rest of the tapes You can see on my photos I bought from BPS on my own. Striping tape can be used in many different ways. The only limit is our own creativity. I decided to do two manicures to show You just two ways to play with it. At the end of this post I'll also show You some older designs in which I used striping tape.

Pierwszy manicure jaki zrobiłam zawiera taśmę do zdobień jako dekorację. Przykleiłam ją w kilku prostych liniach na palcu serdecznym i środkowym. Ważną rzeczą jest dokładne przycięcie taśmy na brzegach paznokci, żeby kiedy pokryjemy całość top coat'em pokryć również końce taśmy. Zapobiegnie to odklejaniu się taśmy na brzegach.

The first manicure I did has striping tape in it as a decoration. I stuck it in a few straight lines on my ring and middle finger. The important thing is that we cut the tape precisely on the edges of our nails, so when we cover the whole thing with a top coat we also cover the ends of the tape. This will prevent the tape from unsticking on the edges.

Piekny, delikatny róż jaki widzicie na moich paznokciach to Golden Rose Ice Chic 10. Jak wspominalam wcześniej bardzo lubię te lakiery, aplikacja to marzenie! Ten jasny kolor potrzebował trzech warstw, ale były one łatwe, szybcie i bezproblemowe.

The beautiful, soft pink You can see on my nails is Golden Rose Ice Chic 10. As I mentioned before I really like these polishes, the application is a dream! This light shade needed three coats, but they were easy, quick and flawless.

Żeby to mani było bardziej interesujące odbiłam trochę serduszek pomiędzy tasmą. Wzór pochodzi z płytki Uber Chic 4-02 i odbiłam go tak ładnie używając Stempla Born Pretty Store Clear Jelly. Fioletowy lakier jakim stemplowałam to Mundo de Unas 21 Purple.

To make this manicure more interesting I stamped some heart designs between the tape. The design comes from Uber Chic 4-02 plate and I stamped it so nicely using the Born Pretty Store Clear Jelly Stamper. The purple polish I stamped with is Mundo de Unas 21 Purple.

Moja kolejna propozycja to technika w której tasma tylko pomaga osiągnąć laser nail art. Odklejamy ja w pewnym momencie.

My next proposition is a technique where the tape just helps create a laser nail art. We peel it of at some point.

Bazowe kolory jakich tutaj użyłam to Golden Rose Ice Chic 10 jak w poprzednim mani i Essie Blossom Dandy. Nałożyłam trzy warstwy lakieru GR i tylko dwie super łatwe Essie. Jeśli się zastanawiacie to ten lakier nie jest dokaldnym dupe'm Essie Mint Candy Apple (mam starą wersję), jest troszkę zieleńszy. Dla mnie jednak są one bliskie, a formuła Essie Blossom Dandy jest lepsza.

The base colours I used here are Golden Rose Ice Chic 10 just like in my previous manicure and Essie Blossom Dandy. I applied three coat of the GR polish and just two super easy coats of Essie. If You're wondering this polish isn't an exact dupe of Essie Mint Candy Apple (I have the old version), it's a tat greener. For me though they're close and the formula of Essie Blossom Dandy is better.

Kolejnym krokiem jest przyklejenie taśmy losowo na paznokciach. Ważną rzeczą jest żeby nasza baza była w 100% sucha albo zniszczymy ją kiedy będziemy odklejac taśmę. Ja nałożyłam szybkoschnący top, tak dla pewności. Taśma musi być mocno przuklejona do paznokci, ponieważ będziemy nakladać kolejny lakier na wierzch. Nie chciałybyśmy żeby lakier podsiąknął pod taśmę i zalał nasze paski. W tym mani kluczowe jest żeby działać szybko, więc lakier jaki wybieramy żaby pokryc taśmę jest ważny. Musimy odkleić ją zanim nasz "wierzchni" lakier zacznie wysychać. Żeby to zrobić, dobrze jest użyć łatwego jednowarstwowca. To powód dla którego ja wybrałam My Secret Dressed In Black do tego mani ;)

Ostatnim krokiem jest nałożenie top coat'u żeby wyrównać mani i skonczyłyśmy.

The next step is sticking the striping tape randomly on our nails. An important thing is that our base colour has to be 100% dry or will ruin it when we take the tape off. I applied a quick drying top coat just to be sure. The tape has to be firmly stuck to our nails, because will be applying another polish on top of it. We wouldn't want the polish to soak under the tape and flood our stripes. In this manicure it's crucial to work fast, so the polish we choose to cover the tape is important. We have to take it off before the "on top" polish starts to dry. In order to do that, it's nice to use a easy onecoater. That's the reason I picked My Secret Dressed In Black for this manicure ;)

The last step is applying a top coat to even out the manicure and we're finished.

Dzisiaj znów neony! Mam nadzieje, że jeszcze Wam się nie znudziły ;) Dlaczego Beach Party jako tytuł? To mani sprawia, że myślę o zachodzie słońca nad morzem i jest tematycznie związane z muzyką przez wzór stemplowy jaki wybrałam. Wszystko razem stworzyło klimat imprezy na plaży :)

Neons again today! Hope You're not bored with them yet ;) Why Beach Party for the title? This manicure makes me think about a sunset at the sea and it's music themed because of the stamping design I picked. All of this together gave a feeling of a party on the beach :)

Plan na to mani był nieco inny, ale nie dogadałam się z bazą.. Chciałam zrobić neonowo pomarańczowe paznokcie z fioletowymi stemplowymi wzorkami. Niestety kolor jakiego użyłam nie zamierzał pokryć moich paznokci. Nawet po czterech warstwach Salon Perfect Summer Escape miałam widoczne końcówki. Cóż, byłam zdeterminowana więc wpadłam na pomysł gradientu. Uwierzcie, że przejście było lżejsze niż wyszło na zdjęciach. Gradient zrobiłam przy pomocy Color Club Warhol, ale nie wygląda zbyt różowo prawda? Pomarańczowa baza zmieniła trochę różowe odcienie, ale zdjęcia też nie są zbyt trafne. Gradient był bardziej różowy na żywo.

The plan for this manicure was a bit different, but I didn't get along with the base colour.. I wanted to do neon orange nails with a purple stamping design. Unfortunately the colour I used wasn't going to cover my nails. Even after four coats of Salon Perfect Summer Escape I had visible nail lines. Well, I was determined so I came up with a gradient.. Believe me that the gradient was softer than it seems on the photos. I did the gradient with Color Club Warhol, but it doesn't look that pink right? The orange base changed the pinks a bit, but thephotos aren't accurate too. The gradient was more pink in real life.

Poniżej możecie zobaczyć dwa zdjęcia zrobione w sztucznym świetle, pod lampą pierścieniową. Myślałam, że uda się złapać lepiej kolory, ale mój smartfon po prostu nie jest do tego zdolny :D

Ostatnio widziałam mani, które zaparło mi dech w piersi. Było taaaaakie ładne i należy do Ewlyn z Polish My Nail. Od razu wiedziałam, że któregoś dnia zrobię takie na swoich paznokciach, a na razie mam coś inspirowanego nim ;)

Lately I saw a manicure that took my breath away. It was sooooo beautiful and it belongs to Ewlyn from Polish My Nail. Right away I knew I was going to do it on my nails someday, but for now I have something inspired by it ;)

Wiem, wiem :) Moje mani jest całkiem inne niż Ewlyn. Kolory są jaśneijsze, wzorek nie jest taki sam.. Ale wpadłam na nie po obejrzeniu jej manicuru i dla mnie są pewne podobieństwa.

I know, I know :) My manicure is totally different than Ewlyn's. The colors are lighter, the design isn't the same.. But I came up with it after seeing her manicure and for me there are some similarities.

Kolor bazowy jakiego użyłam to Kaleidoscope t-22. To lakier termalny i zależnie od temperatury moich paznokci zmienia się z jasnego różowawego koloru w o wiele bardziej chłodny, trochę szarawy fiolet. Możecie zobaczyć "ciepły" kolor na zdjęciu z butelką lakieru powyżej, a "chłodny" kolor poniżej. Stał się nawet chłodniejszy i ciemniejszy w bardzo niskiej temperaturze (zima w Polsce). To mój nowy nabytek, kupiłam go razem z paroma innymi rzeczami na stronie Hypnotic Polish.

The base colour I used is Kaleidoscope t-22. It's a thermal nail polish and depending on my nails temperature it shifts from a light pinkish colour to a way cooler toned, a bit greyish violet. You can see the "warm" colour on the photo with the bottle of polish above and the "cold" colour below. It got even cooler and darker in a lower temperature (winter in Poland). This is my new purchase, I got it with some other things on the Hypnotic Polish site.

Następną nową rzeczą w mojej kolekcji są lakiery do stempli Mundo de Unas. To mani jest moją pierwszą próbą i użyłam MdU Purple. Jak widzicie rezultat jest całkiem niezły. Rzeczy jakie czytałam o tych lakierach potwierdziły się tutaj. Są super napigmentowane, bardzo żywe nawet na czerni i całkowicie inne od wszystkich. Konsystencja jest inna, inaczej schną i inaczej się odbijają. Sama technika jest ważna.. Słyszałam też, że top coaty których moja koleżanka używała na stemple, rozmazują wzorki MdU. W moim wypadku musiałam być bardziej ostrożna, ale udało mi się użyć Golden Rose Gel Look jak zawsze. To moje pierwsze wrażenia, pewnie napiszę coś więcej o nich z upływem czasu.

The next new thing in my collection are Mundo de Unas stamping polishes. This manicure was my first try and I used MdU Purple. As You can see the result is quite nice. The things I read about these polishes affirmed here. They are super pigmented, really vibrant even on black and totally different than any other. The formula is different, they dry different and they stamp different. The technique alone is important.. I also heard that top coats that a friend of mine always used on stamping, smudged MdU designs. In my case I had to be more careful, but I still managed to use Golden Rose Gel Look as always. This are my first impressions, I'll probably write some more about them in time.

Płytka jakiej użyłam do stempli to Bundle Monster BM-XL 13. Bundle Monster na prawdę mi dogodziło tworząc płytki XL. Zakochałam się w niektórych ich wzorach, ale były za małe na moje paznokcie. Teraz nie muszę się martwić, wzorki całopaznokciowe mają! Płytkę możecie znaleźć TUTAJ.

The plate I used for stamping is Bundle Monster BM-XL 13. Bundle Monster really made my day creating XL plates. I loved some of their designs, but they were mostly too small for my nails. Now I don't have to worry, the full nail designs are ! You can find the plate HERE.

Rzeczą która upodabnia moje mani do mani Ewlyn to kropki dodane do stempli. Są o wiele jaśniejsze niż reszta mani, więc się wyróżniają. Do ich zrobienia użyłam sondy i lakieru China Glaze Bottoms Up. Nie wpadłabym na ten pomysł gdyby nie Ewlyn, więc dzięki wielkie! Wygląda to na prawdę świetnie i od tej pory będę robić mani takie jak ten bardzo często :)

The thing that makes my manicure similar to Ewlyn's are the dots added to my stamping. They're much brighter than the rest of the manicure, so they stand out. To make them I used a dotting tool and China Glaze Bottoms Up nail polish. I wouldn't have come up with the idea if it wasn't for Ewelyn, so thanks a lot! It looks really great and I think I'll be doing manicures like this one very often from now on :)

Today I did a matching make-up too.
