Dopiero co ukończyłam jeden projekt paznokciowy, ale nie mogłam sobie odmówić tego, który organizuje Basia. Projekt nazywa się Similarly Different Nails i jest podobny do Bestie Twin Nails - mamy grafikę i możemy ją dowolnie zinterpretować. Wszystko na temat projektu możecie przeczytać TUTAJ.

I just finished a nail art project, but I couldn't resist taking part in the one organized by Basia. The project is called Similarly Different Nails and it's something like Bestie Twin Nails - we have a graphic and we can interpret it in any way we want. You can read all about the project HERE.

Grafika jaką Basia dla nas wybrała jest Butterflies Night Dance, której autorką jest Emanuela Carratoni. Poniżej możecie ją zobaczyć ze wszystkimi szczegółami.

The graphic Basia chose for us is the Butterflies Night Dance and was created by Emanuela Carratoni. Below You can see it with all the details.

Strasznie podoba mi się połączenie kolorów i wzory użyte w orginalnej grafice. Dlatego też postanowiłam spróbować skopiować ją na paznokcie bez zmian. Jako bazy użyłam mojego ulubionego czarnego lakieru - My Secret Dressed In Black.

I really love the colour combination and the designs used in the original graphic. That's why I decided to try and copy it onto my nails without any changes. As my base I used my favourite black polish - My Secret Dressed In Black.

Liście na grafice są trochę mniejsze niż te odbite na moich paznokciach, ale wzorek jakiego użyłam jest dość podobny. Pochodzi on z płytki MoYou London Tropical 10, a odbiłam go lakierem Colour Alike & B. Loves Plates B. a Cozy Blanket.

The leaves on the graphic are a bit smaller then the ones stamped on my nails, but the design I used was close enough. It comes from MoYou London Tropical 10 plate and I stamped it with Colour Alike & B. Loves Plates B. a Cozy Blanket.

Następne są motylki. Stworzyłam kilka stemplowych naklejek używając wzoru z płytki Born Pretty Store BP-X52 i dwóch jaskrawych lakierów Kaleidoscope by El Corazon (14 Fuchsia i 71 Pink Neon). Wypełniłam motylki My Secret Dressed In Black żeby były bardziej widoczne na listkowym wzorze. Niestety różowo/fioletowe lakiery wyszły mniej jaskrawo na tak ciemnej bazie niż oczekiwałam.

The next thing are the butterflies. I created a few stamping decals using a design from Born Pretty Store BP-X52 plate and two bright Kaleidoscope by El Corazon stamping polishes (14 Fuchsia and 71 Pink Neon). I filled in the butterflies with My Secret Dressed In Black so they would be more visible on the leave design. Unfortunately the pink/purple polishes appeared less bright and neon on the dark base than I expected.

Skończony manicure zabezpieczyłam top coat'em Kads Smudge Resistant. Wiedziałąm, że zdobienie będzie się lepiej fotografować z matowym kykończeniem, więc nałożyłam też jedną warstwę Golden Rose Matte top coat.

I secured my finished manicure with Kads Smudge Resistant top coat. I knew that the nail art would photograph much better with a matte finish, so I also added one layer of Golden Rose Matte top coat.

Brrrrrr.. It's Cold Outside!

Witajcie!

Taa.. zima z pewnością nadchodzi i przyszedł czas na wielkie, ciepłe, puchate swetry, wieczory pod kocem i dużo gorącej kawy, herbaty czy kakao. Jest to też czas na wszystkie te zimowe zdobienia, które uwielbiam. Pewnie wstrzymam się jeszcze z bożonarodzeniowymi mani, ale w najbliższej przyszłości możecie spodziewać się dużej ilości śnieżynek, sweterków i zimnych kompozycji :)

Hello there!

Yep.. winter is definitely coming and it's time for big, warm, fluffy sweaters, evenings under a blanket and lots of hot coffee, tea or coco. It's also time for all the wintry nail arts which I absolutely love. I'll probably wait with Christmas manicures, but You can expect lots of snowflakes, sweaters and cold compositions in the nearest future :)

Na dzisiaj przygotowałam miętowy sweterk. Baza jakiej użyłam to Kiko 389 Mint Milk i tak jak zawsze nałożyłam dwie łatwe warstwy żeby uzyskać pełne krycie. Ten lakier to marzenie i pisałam już o nim tyle razy, że nie będę się powtarzać. To must have od Kiko, i tyle ;)

For today I prepared a minty sweater. The base I used is Kiko 389 Mint Milk and just like always I applied two easy coats to get full opacity. The polish is a dream and I wrote so many times about it that I won't repeat myself. It's a must have from Kiko, it's a simple as that ;)

Śliczny sweterkowy wzorek na moich paznokciach pochodzi z płytki MoYou London Festive 04. Odbiłam go lakierem Colour Alike & B. Loves Plates B. a Cozy Blanket i Stemplem B. Loves Plates Crystal Clear. Żałuję trochę, że złoty shimmer z tego lakieru do stempli nie jest widoczny na paznokciach. W buteleczce wygląda ślicznie. Niemniej jednak lakier działa świetnie i jak widzicie kolor jest na prawdę ładny.

The beautiful sweater design comes from MoYou London Festive 04 plate. I stamped it with Colour Alike & B. Loves Plates B. a Cozy Blanket stamping polish and B. Loves Plates Crystal Clear Stamper. I regret a bit that the golden shimmer from this stamping polish isn't visible on the nails. In the bottle it looks so lovely. Nevertheless the polish works great and as You can see the colour is still very nice.

Niestety mój apart nie radzi sobie najlepiej z takimi kolorami i nie uchwycił ich adekwatnie. Mani jest dużo bardziej turkusowe, zielonkawe. Zarówno baza jak i stemple zdecydowanie nie są w odcieniach niebieskiego.

Unfortunately my camera doesn't work good with this type of colours and it didn't capture them accurately. The manicure is much more turquoise, greenish. Both the base and the stamping design definitely aren't bluetoned.
